Since the develop of science, the theory of reliability has infiltrated into the basic sciences, technological sciences, applied sciences and management sciences, and it has been more and more attached importance to .Repairable systems is an important branch of the reliability theory. Repairable systems are those that get repaired or change components when they fail, Repairable systems are consist of several components and repairmen. For a repairable system, availability, reliability and mean time between failures are all important indexes. In this paper we discuss the repairable systems with Markov theory. The dissertation develops as follows:In first chapter, introduces the foliation, significance, present condition and prospect in current field of reliability models in repairable system.In second chapter, introduces the background elementary knowledge and several important indexes of repairable system.In third chapter, introduces method and basic procedure of Repairable systems, and give basis indexes of Repairable systems, include series parallel repairable systems.In fourth chapter, introduces n components complex system with time varying filature and repair rates is studied, when the system has a constant filature and repair rates, we give reliabilities indexes, such as availability A, reliability function R(t), mean time to first filature MTTFF etc.In fifth chapter, introduces a new model of N-unit series repairable system, in which a conception of a repairman possible single delay vacation to n-unit series repairable is introduced and the impact on the system reliability because of a replaceable facility is also considered. It is assumed that the life of each unit, the life of the facility and the delay vacation time of the repairman are exponentially distributed, the repair time of the unit, the replace time of the facility and the vacation time of the repairman are all generally distributed. By using approach of supplementary variables and method of generalized Markov progress, some important reliability indices of the system and the facility are obtained.Conclusions, summarizes the results derived in this thesis, and somesuggestions for further study are proposed.
