Among the repairable systems,Repairable Warm Standby System is one of the important models in reliability theory.Non-new workpiece repairablity is a practical situation in this field.In production practice,workpieces cannot be repaired as if not being broken with which there's something wrong.In fact,with the increasing of repaire times,the failure components get a shorter lifetime and longer time of workpiece repairment.Therefore,it's valuable and applicable to study the non-new workpiece-composed repairable warm standby system.The thesis analyzes and discusses the non-new workpiece-composed repairable warm standby system on the basis of existing studies on the reliability in the repairable system.Model 1: the thesis gets on studying the non-new workpiece-composed repairable warm standby system under the circumstances of incomplete reliability and multiple vacations of repairmen.It assumes that the lifetime and storage time of workpieces,the durability of switches and the repair time of workpiece one follow the exponential distribution;and that the multiple vacations of repairmen and the repair time of switches and workpiece two follow the ordinary continuous distribution.Supplementary variable method was applied to extend as Markov Modal in broad sense and to establish differential calculus equation;besides the application of Laplace Transform and Inversion helps to gain a systemic reliability index with regard to the availability of the system,the failure frequency,the probability of the system waiting for repair,the probability of the repairman's vacation,the reliability and the mean time to the first failure.Model 2: the thesis introduces a new model that the repairable system with a replaceable facility and multiple vacations of repairmen to have a deeper study for non-new workpiece-composed repairable warm standby system.It assumes that the lifetime of workpieces,storage time and the repair time of workpiece-repairing follow the exponential distribution;the repair time of workpieces,the workpiece-repairing time and the multiple vacations of repairmen follow the ordinary continuous distribution.Supplementary variable method was applied to extend as Markov Modal in broad sense and to establish differential calculus equation;besides the application of Laplace Transform and Inversion helps to gain a systemic reliability index.
