At present, ocean remote sensing data is extensively used. However, there are lots of problems with its publication on the network because of its features such as massiveness, real-time, variety and so on. So the study focuses on the efficient real-time publication of ocean remote sensing data.In this dissertation, after analyzing the development of the publication of ocean remote sensing data and dissecting the technologies of WebGIS, spatial database and network communication, a J2EE-platform-based three-tier-structured solution to real-time publication of ocean remote sensing data is put forward. On the basis of the scheme, the access method of massive ocean remote sensing data based on ArcSDE is studied emphatically. The implementation of efficient and safe data transmission through a combination of the encryption and verification technology and Java Socket network communication technology is discussed. The mechanism of double-effect database connection pool as a result of co-operation between ArcSDE and JDBC is analyzed. And the strategy is proposed that ocean remote sensing data is visualized by integrating the technology of creating data files dynamically with the technology of visualization cache. Finally, a self-designed real-time publication system for ocean remote sensing data is realized which integrates the function of data interaction including browsing, querying and downloading data with the module of automatic data distribution as well as the module of automatic batch uploading which make the data publication real-time.This system is working well in the marine water quality real-time inspecting project of Zhejiang, which proves that the solution is feasible both in theory and in practice and that it is helpful in developing other real-time publication systems.
