Design And Implementation Of Webgis System Of Integrated Remote Sensing Data

Today, The development of the application based on Internet or Intranet is becoming so fast that many government departments and companies become to use WebGIS technology which integrates the Internet/intranet technology with the GIS technology (Geographic Information Systems ,GIS).This development explores a new space for getting, deliving and sharing GIS information .On one side, GIS integrates the property data information with the geographic data .expresses all kinds of information of the nature, society and economy by map in a valid and sample way. WebGIS uses electronic maps which contain large numbers of sort information as carrier , uses Internet to come true the share of the data and the application and the function such as scan, query, analyse and apply based on maps. Through these, it can make up a intelligentic, individuation and alternation service entironment. On the other side, as far as the development of the secondary planet remote sensing and the aerophotography, we get more and more geographic information from the remote sensing .Especially, as the maps from small high resolving power satellite become using in business, remote sensing image becomes to an important data source for GIS. Because of the data of GIS and remote sensing image are so large that it is difficult to restore and transmit them in time. Especially on Internet, because of the restrict of the Internet bandwidth , how to transmit these large data becomes restricting the putting out of GIS information. How to deal with these problems and how to integrate the remote sensing data with WebGIS together is a very important task in today' s GIS study.This text choosed MapGIS as the base geographic information system develop platform. It has studied how to integrate remote sensing data with the WebGIS and tried to design and develop a useful system. In this article, I have discussed some method of developing WebGIS and selected COM technology as the main method to develop the system. What' s more , I used Ajax technology which is very popular recently when I deployed the clientprogram. These things make the system having some practicability and make the system can be developed for more use.
