Including:the concept of sorting and the quality standard of presswork.The definition and demand of the quality of picture.The evaluating method of the quality of picture.The quality control method of presswork.The quality control parameter of presswork.The failure mode and the resolvent of regularity print quality. And then, The thesis expatiate the entire idea of the print test forme.It include a lot of measure parameter.For instance: overprint, ink striation, distortion, repetition shadow, equality and stability of print press. Hiberarchy emersion, hue emersion, spot distortion , print contrast. Superimposition rate, print terminal Hiberarchy,the least character and line emersion,measure factors for eyeballing. Forme control strip, gradual change strip, nameplate.In the end, the thesis expatiate the operation standard,explain the contidion when the print test forme is being used and the detail which should be payed attention to.And the thesis expatiate how to appraise measure result.Then ,we can systemically test the quality of four-colour offset imprinter.In due course,I have accomplished negative and plate twice, been conformed to 《the operation standard of the four-colour offset imprinter》 ,printed it on DYA452 and DY452, measured those datum .The result indicate that those datum can embody the condition of the imprinter by rule and line.The print test forme is effective, full-scale, credible,and can be extended in enterprise.
