The Designment And Research Of Geocoding Management System Based On The WebGIS

Geocoding means adding address attribute into geographic features, so people can get a spatial location by inputting address. By address collecting, address loading, address checking and address maintaining, Geocoding management system in this paper builds a standard Geocoding database by using Geocoding principles and methods,ï¼»thus forming address matching search system, making the original information system and spatial data blending, providing the technique support for carrying on the valid space analysis and the decision application, offering a service for keeping on a development of the resources environment and society economy.Introspecting the research progress that the foreign Geocoding to make and its application, this paper puts forward Geocoding data model adapting to the nation. This thesis elaborated the process of address splitting and standardization, introduced establishment of the space database, and the address matching methods. This paper designs three layer system frames of the GML WebGIS according to the technique principle of the WebGIS and the characteristics of the GML on this foundation, and makes use of this three layer system frames to carry out the map service in Geocoding, so can achieve the application of WebGIS in the Geocoding management system.Besides, this paper studies the designment and realization of Geocoding management system. It introduces the design target, design principle, and function mold piece of the system detailedly, Then, It designs structure of the system and the processing process of the system data on this foundation, Finally, it stresses the key technique which the system uses, and the realization of the main function in this system including the second development methods of ArcPAD ,Hibernate Session Management and Transaction Management.
