As the carrier of educational resources and the place to carry out educational activities, the spatial distribution of schools affects the fairness and rationality of the allocation of basic educational resources. The spatial layout of the school is affected by the spatial distribution of students and the traffic condition. The rural population is scattered, the traffic is inconvenient and the economy is backward. As a result, the distance between students to school is too long and the distribution of educational resources is unbalanced. In addition, the rapid change of the rural population and the serious phenomenon of the abrupt removal and merger of schools make the rational layout of primary schools a major challenge to the development of rural education. The analysis and evaluation of the spatial distribution of educational resources is the basis to promote the rationalization and scientification of school layout, which can provide data support for relevant departments to optimize the spatial distribution of educational resources. This paper proposes a method to obtain the spatial coordinates of students by using the address information string, and analyzes the spatial distribution of educational resources from three aspects by combining the rural road network data and the school coordinate data. This paper analyzes the distance to school of students, the service scope of the school and the allocation of educational resources within the scope, and analyzes the spatial accessibility of educational resources in combination with the school distance and the scale of supply and demand, and on this basis, explores the existing problems in the spatial layout of educational resources and analyzes the causes. In this paper,Zhuzhou county is selected as the research object of the spatial distribution of educational resources in rural areas.By using address matching and geocoding technology, the textual home addresses of students are converted into spatial coordinates, and the spatial distribution data of students are obtained after rectifying the coordinates.Combining with the student distribution data, the school distribution data and the road network data, the shortest path distance from the student's home address to the school is calculated by using the network analysis method. On this basis, the matrix calculation is carried out to obtain the actual school distance and the nearest school distance of the students.Divide the service area for the school and make statistics on the allocation of educational resources within the service area. Finally,Gauss 2-step floating catchment area method is used to calculate the spatial accessibility of educational resources in the research area. The study concludes as follows:1,The spatial coordinates of students' home address can be obtained effectively by usingaddress matching technology and geocoding service.2,The situation of nearby enrollment in the research area is better, but the phenomenon of non-nearby enrollment caused by many reasons makes the actual distance cost of students higher, among which the imbalance of education quality between schools is the main reason.3,The distribution of educational resources is greatly affected by the scope of school service area.Under the actual situation,it is necessary to divide the service area for the school to comprehensively consider multiple factors and combine multiple methods.4,Distance is the main factor that restricts the accessibility of educational resourc es in the research area. When the service radius is 2000 meters, the accessibility of e ducational resources in the research area is poor, and the number of people who reach the standard of accessibility only accounts for 50.10%.When the service radius is 5000 meters, the accessibility is generally good, and the number of people who reach th e standard of accessibility reaches 85.9%.
