This dissertation works in mobile environment. Its objective is to provide us a kind of real-time, personalized and integrated navigation service. we make use of the advantage of network service technology, compose a Network Navigation Service system for mobile device, so we can account for the problem of requiring much map data contrast to smaller reserves on mobile devices,calculating slowly and updating data hardly in real-time. The main works and contributions are summarized as follows:1. Based on analyzing autonomous navigation and car navigation system, they have disadvantages. Network Navigation Services uses Browser/Server pattern and has its own superiorities: data safety; storage lots of data on server, compute and analyse rapidly; user can employ data server and take no account of data maintenance, it's quite comfortable. So NNS is much more adapt to provide geo-space information service for people.2. Existing data model of navigation is mostly oriented to desk computer, but it's not fit to mobile devices. Based on referring to GDF4.0 standard, combining the circumstance of Network navigation, according to the method of administrative classify, we depart the big feature into child feature, and each child feature has its own instance. Then we manage and operate navigation data with Object Relation Data Base, which can retain the speed of accessing system and maintain integrality of data under lots of user circumstance. Predigest feature with arithmetic in cartographic generalization. It releases the data of storage.3. In order to optimize storage of data, aiming at diversification of Data File Organize, we put forward demand of Network Navigation geo-space data, which is veracity of data, high effect of data storage and celerity of data searching. This paper discuss the form of data file organization particularly with MapX Mobile and ArcPad, then based on the trait of Mobile SVG and superiority than grid graphic, adopt the model of space data organization model with four layers' Mobile SVG. It is super to the others. According to the comparing to other data format with function, quality of graph, size of data file and applying prospect, we include that the mode of geo-space data based on Mobile SVG is super to the two others. It's not only adapt to handle data of Network navigation system, but also the data is less than MapX Mobile and ArcPad.4. According to the design of frame in chapter two, we carry out the design of system. Firstly introduce the empolder environment of experiment system. Then set forth on key technology. Combining the research task, design the system of Network Navigation Services, implement reading and applying the data of GPS, compiling the procedure of each coordinate conversion. We cut down and analyse the terminal data which users ask for, improve the arithmetic based on interfix border of the shortest path, which can analyse quickly. Arming at appointment of terminal users, based on all of the users' location, we put forward the least circle arithmetic to come true appointment.5. Based on the above theory and system design, we experimentalize about adaptive service system on the data of zhengzhou city electronic map. There are ordinarily user mode and super user mode. According to user's request and adaptive service processor, we put forward adaptive service of mobile map information first. So we find that handset user can gain clear map service, it not only release the download map data, but also show map quickly. Super user device's compute and storage ability is better than ordinarily user's, therefore adaptive service processor supply detailed map data around user for PDA.
