The Research On The Building Of Ecological Province In Hubei Province

In the 21st century, faceing with the opportunity of " central China" and demands of "building a harmonious society", building an ecological province is the best strategic choice for Hubei Province conforming to the trend of the times. This paper have made some simple discussion about the theoretical basis of building an ecological province of Hubei Province,the comprehensive evaluation of the process of building an ecological province of Hubei Province,the necessity and feasibility of building an ecological province of Hubei Province,the main tasks and security system of building an ecological province of Hubei Province.Chapter I, pointing out that the theoretical basis of a provincial ecological construction is the theory of sustainable development. Starting from the world's ecological crisis, elaborating the rise and the development process of the theory of sustainable development, while the theory of sustainable development was recalled in China.Chapter II, analysising the provincial ecological concept and content and point out that building an ecological province is to follow the concept of sustainable development, and is the strategy of sustainable development in the province of implementation modalities, Hubei provincial ecological construction should be conducted.Making a simple analysis of the comparative advantages of Hubei Province and ecological issues.Chapters III an IV is the focus of this paper . Refrencing with the national reference system of provincial ecological construction targets and standards and the actual situation of Hubei Province, establishing a system of provincial ecological construction targets and standards of Hubei Province, and on this basis, useing the AHP,fuzzy membership function Methods and the weighted linear function ,creating a comprehensive evaluation model system ;Making the anslysis of necessity and feasibility for building an ecological province in Hubei Province.Chapter V, citing the results of the analysis in chapter IV, establishing the main task of carring out construction of an ecological province in Hubei Province in the future; provincial ecological construction is a grand , integrated , complex systems engineering, and is also a matter bearing on the overall situation and long-term Strategic task, we must rely on a series of security measures to complete the project.
