With the rapid development of social economic, the importance of mineral resources is particularly prominent, and we live in a developing country, with the accelerated process of industrialization, so the demand for mineral resources is constantly increasing, and mineral resources exploration is very important. With the improvement of survey work, it is more and more difficult to rely on surface rock outcrop information about mineral prospecting, and therefore it is urgent to strengthen the deep blind mineral prospecting and research work. This paper is about the Sandaowanzi gold deposit, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, and researches on soil geochemical survey and rock geochemical survey and primary halo zoning. Evaluation of deep and peripheral mineralization is carried out for further exploration work.Soviet Union has studied the geochemical prospecting method and looked for buried mines since 60s last century, and found hundreds of metallic deposits successfully. Since 70s last century, the primary halo mineral prospecting research has entered a new stage of development, and the effect has been enormous in practice. The main feature of geochemical mineral prospecting method is the use of precise analytical techniques to identify the deposit type which can not be recognized by eyes in the deep. Rock geochemical results in some regions of North America and Europe with higher levels of exploration indicate that the rock geochemical prospecting method is an ideal method. After the formation of deposits, the secondary halo which is larger than ore-forming was produced by physical role , the role of physical chemistry and biochemistry in the ore and rock, and the characteristics of the secondary halo may be the guidance of the recourse of buried ore. Zoning theory has greet significance about the possibility of the existence, ore size, ore depth, as well as the degree of erosion of the buried ore. Telluride-type gold and silver deposits belong to epithermal ore deposits. Study of Te in our country dates from 60s last century, and research on the use of Te can only be seen in a few reports. Until 80s last century, our country began study the Te geochemistry. It is general about domestic status and mineralogical of Te, but it is scarcity to study Te with zoning sequence.In this paper, geochemical studies are applied to some typical ore of this mine to evaluate resource potential in the deep for exploration and arrangements of this mine; geochemical information of the typical ore is extracted with census of Sandaowanzi gold deposit and gold mine outside closely to evaluate the geochemical anomaly for further exploration works. The main research work carried out in this area include: characteristics of soil anomaly is studied to determine soil geochemical indicator elements, sampling horizon and particle size; characteristics of rock anomaly is studied to determine rock geochemical indicator elements, and the relationship with soil anomaly; characteristics of weathering of ore and rock are studied to identify the indicator elements in this surface process and provide the basis for selection and evaluation soil anomaly; characteristics of zoning are studied and zoning sequence is set up; relationship between target of elements and the degree of ore erosion to evaluate and predict resource in deep, and search new ore body to further expand the resource reserves.This paper discussed Soil geochemical anomalies and rock geochemical anomalies of Sandaowanzi gold deposit, and analyze on the prospects ofâ… ore andâ…¢ore et al, and come to following major conclusions: Au, Ag, Te, Sb, W, Mo, Cu and Pb should be selected as indicator elements in this area; contrast of ore-forming elements Au and Ag between 5 mesh and 20 mesh soil of C layer is more large, so soil samples is proper to be collected between 5 mesh and 20 mesh of C layer. In the process of rock weathered to soil, "homogenization" phenomenon of elements is significant, and redistribution and migration of elements cause that content differences of elements (oxides) in soil reduced significantly than it in rock, which reduces the soil geochemical anomalies information; the type of this mine is telluride-type gold deposit, and in accordance with the results of factor analysis and characteristics of elemental compositionâ… ore formed by hydrothermal ore-forming period; As, Sb, Mo are front indicator elements, and Zn, Cu are indicator elements for the end of halo, and forming hydrothermal ore flow from the north-west in the deep to south-east in the shallow;â… ore has deep ore-forming potential, but rich ore will not appear again; erosion degree ofâ…¢ore is equivalent with it between 300 meters and 400 meters ofâ… ore, and there are still ore-forming elements rich in deep. According to the flow direction of hydrothermal mineralization, the deep ore should be under the outcrop of north-west ofâ…¢ore.It has important significance to study for geochemical exploration in Sandaowanzi gold deposit. First, according to the characteristics of soil geochemical anomalies, indicator elements of this type of gold deposit can be determined for the selection and evaluation of large-scale soil geochemical anomalies. Second, through comparing with characteristics of soil geochemical anomalies and rock geochemical anomalies, enrichment and migration of elements is going to be found in the course of weathering of surface, in order to further verify and provide the basis for searching buried mine. Third, zoning theory will be used in the Sandaowanzi telluride-type gold deposit innovatively to evaluate the deep rock geochemical anomalies and guide further exploration work and extend the service life of mine, but also it can enrich the zoning theory and method to look for buried mine for future reference about geochemical exploration.
