In ERP system, Capacity requirement planning (CRP, for short) runs through several planning levels of ERP and thus plays a vital role. There into, rough cut capacity planning ( RCCP, for short) is used to validate main produce planning and capacity requirement is used to balance materiel requirement planning. Rough cut capacity planning and capacity requirement planning have similar function for balancing the capacity and charge of work center and for ensuring the feasibility and dependability of the plan. However, they also have obvious differences. For the actual research of ERP system, although a lot of such schemes for capacity requirement planning as increasing working hour, purchasing equipment to enhance capacity, searching external cooperation and delaying work period for reducing charge, etc, when dealing with capacity balance problems, most ERP systems just simply conduct informational integration of datum and thus runs short of mathematical models and tools for solution of capacity balance problems. As a result, Facing with complicated enterprise resources, customers have no criterions to choose adjustment schemes or adjustment range, which, to a great degree, influences the enterprise management capacity of ERP.Aiming at the above problems, the author brings forward the third party optimization dealing mode, which utilizes mathematical models and optimization tools to deal with requirement balance problems in order to expand the function of EPR system. Taking the information-based project of Sichuan Chengdu Chenggong Construction Machinery CO., LTD. for ??otype, the thesis analyzes the actuality, the principle of capacity requirement planning and the mathematical model of capacity requirement planning of ERP, and finally conducts simulation experiment. The thesis emphasizes on utilizing LINGO to conduct optimization of capacity requirement planning, expanding the function of capacity requirement planning of K3/ERP and acquiring some effect.
