As a result, Facing with complicated enterprise resources, customers have no criterions to choose adjustment schemes or adjustment range, which, to a great degree, influences the enterprise management capacity of ERP.Aiming at the above problems, the author brings forward the third party optimization dealing mode, which utilizes mathematical models and optimization tools to deal with requirement balance problems in order to expand the function of EPR system. Taking the information-based project of Sichuan Chengdu Chenggong Construction Machinery CO., LTD. for ??otype, the thesis analyzes the actuality, the principle of capacity requirement planning and the mathematical model of capacity requirement planning of ERP, and finally conducts simulation experiment. The thesis emphasizes on utilizing LINGO to conduct optimization of capacity requirement planning, expanding the function of capacity requirement planning of K3/ERP and acquiring some effect.
