Site earthquake response for the anti-seismic design of the engineering structure and structural reliability estimates can be considered one of the important ground motion parameters. Analysis and calculation of site earthquake response, through synthetic method, can obtain non-stationary ground motion consistent in bedrock response spectrum. because synthesized seismic wave satisfies arbitrary ground motion parameters of intensity, spectrum and duration time, and is widely used. Synthesized seismic wave results seismic motion input uncertainty, and thus directly affects the site seismic ground motion parameters. Correctly handle the influence of the seismic motion input uncertainty, and discuss the mechanism of seismic motion input, is obviously great theoretical significance and practical application value. This study focused on the following aspects:(1) Summarize the loess area characteristics of corpus luteum seismic motion. Introduce the loess area distribution of seismic motion, the loess areacharacteristic of seismic motion parameters, and the loess areainfluencing factors of seismic motion.(2) Fitting the synthetic seismic motion time-historyl, analyze the influence law of envelope curve time-history parameter to site response. In this paper, the target spectral fitting method is used to synthesize time-history of earthquake motion. The soil seismic response is analyzed by changing the quantitative parameters of envelope, which could influence the site response in the process of artificial fitting earthquake motion time-history. In order to provide the basis for seismic fortification site, the influences of the time-history parameters are discussed. The results show that, when t1,t2 and c taking different values, the soil seismic response have been greater impact by the fitting earthquake motion time-history, and the influence degree is closely related to the soil structure. Meanwhile in the fitting process also take into account the effect of the random phase on man-made earthquake ground motion time-history.(3) Collect the Gansu strong motion records about Ms8.0 Wenchuan earthquake, analyze its frequency spectrum characteristics through the response spectrum and the Fourier spectrum, select two bedrock stations strong motion records to carry on the analysis of the soil layer site earthquake response, and study different areas in the Gansu loess cover thickness about response spectrum characteristic of the Gansu strong motion records about Ms8.0 Wenchuan earthquake. Select one of the bedrock stations strong motion records, with its response spectrum as input bedrock ground motion response spectrum fitting time-history of the seismic motion to analyze the soil layer site earthquake response, compare fitting-ground motion input with strong- ground motion input of site earthquake response, and discriminating analysis.
