From September 1998 the Ministry of Education approved the Qinghua University, Zhejiang University, Hunan University and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications pilot distance education since the country has established 67 networks in Higher Education Institute of Education. With practice, the implementation of the pilot online education, distance education in China concerns the theory and practice has become the focus of the community. Modern distance learning is produced with modern information technology, has long been regarded as a means of breaking the constraints of time teaching. As a distance learning network teaching platform in a new educational tool, are using multimedia and the rise of Internet technology in the world. Comprehensive network teaching is in line with world trends in education development. The physics of non-physics science and engineering students as a compulsory basic course, its position in the university course which is important. Then, the network teaching platform applied to physics teaching them to promote the quality of a university physics teaching Physical Education in this era of the inevitable. This article is divided into six chapters, the main analysis of the physical network teaching platform, the University of production, development and current situation, summed up the platform design and implementation of the theory, put forward the principle of platform design, platform structures of the steps described, and based Moodle university physics teaching platform for the study, thus the design and application of the platform to make some suggestions to the design and application platform to provide some reference.Chapter 1,start from the education of the problem, summed up the university physics teaching platform development process, and analysis of network teaching platform for both domestic and international development of the physical situation, this points out the physical network of University teaching and research platform problems the significance of the problem.
