The problem of the relationship between thinking of mind-body can be traced back to the original period, in ancient times had a problem with the soul and body relation formed religious worship. But finding the problem as the central issues is philosophy dualism. The famous American soul philosopher Searle abandon since the 17th century's the philosophical vocabulary of Descartes, going to start again. Searle criticizes the dualism and modern crass materialism, because the dualism of the consciousness split body-mind contact, and the modern materialistic is cancelled the existence of consciousness. That is, the materialism here is behaviorism, function, artificial intelligence, etc. Searle has redefined the concept of consciousness, and carried the consciousness to ontology. We know all the mind processes are caused by the process of neurology, the mind also happens in the brain, consciousness in ontological is impossible to be changed to the third person, because they have a first-person ontological characteristic. As long as we get rid of the traditional category, solving the problem of the relationship is so simple. Therefore, the research of Searle's consciousness of the theory has the vital significance. The essay can be divided into five parts:The first part is the preface, which mainly focuses on explaining the background, the theme, and the status quo of the research, and subsequently the research methods and ideas. The second part describes the mind-body problem, Descartes and philosophers think of various solutions to solve the mind-body problem. Deserve to be mentioned, the materialism here is behaviorism, function and calculation of modern materialism viewpoint. The third part is the key part, naturalism biology. Searle has redefined the concept of consciousness, summarizes the characteristics of consciousness, and carries the consciousness to ontology. The fourth part describes the significance of the Searle's theory, it promotes the development of Marxist consciousness theory. The mind-body problems will continue to be debated. The fifth part is the general summary.
