With the need for information increasing in today's society, the operating mode of acquiring information is being specialized into dynamic mode based on multi-sensors from static mode based on unitary sensor. Through the experimental summarizes and study for three years, this paper systematically summarized and expounded the principles, methods and key technology related to SINS/GPS, some problems related to testing, calibration and integration based on multi-sensors in the subject, are discussed and researched in the experimental mode with the progress of subject and experiment in the paper.And then the IMU output attitude Angle ,heading range error and the combinated position error POS system etc,were focused on testing ,verification and analysis. A set of scheme about testing and calibration of IMU and POS system was accomplished. Finally, the tested and calibrated POS system was applied to the VL -3DMS system and the coordinate's accuracy of the obtained cloud point based on the POS system was analyzed. This paper mainly studies content as follows:1, Mainly verified the accuracy of IMU/GPS navigation, firstly, tested the steady of core inertial components when IMU working and IMU attitude accuracy, on the basis of which different combinations of GPS navigation precision was verified, finally, analyzed tight navigation precision and accuracy attitude heading.2, Mainly researched system integration joint calibration, defined POS coordinate system and laser scanner coordinate system, and then presents methods of line azimuth element and the mathematical model and the error equations of angles azimuth element in six external azimuth, finally verified correction of the mathematical model and error equations by calibration, and analyses three Angle azimuth element of system integration affecting cloud point coordinate.3, Mainly discussed the application of POS system in VL-3DMS, first introduces the basic principle of VL-3DMS, then gives VL-3DMS data fusion algorithm based on POS,and integrated system eventually generated color three-dimensional data modeling, finally analysis accuracy of the VL-3DMS.
