Since the 60's last century when the CAE technology for injection molding turns up, the simulation technology for filling,packing and cooling process in injection molding is becoming more sophisticated, and its application is becoming more and more widely as well.At present, the CAE Software of injection mold carry out analysis in product molding process doesn't have the function of carrying out mold deformation in molding process.Mold designers often use empirical formulas to check on the rigidity of the mold. We must use the CAE technology to carry out structure analysis of the mold with the increasing demand for product quality and accuracy. Especially for the large mold, it will affect the product quality and mold life if the stiffness is not enough because the excessive deformation of mold cavity will lead to the difficulty of stripping or even to the expanding of moldCurrently,The analysis of injection molding and the analysis of mold structure have different solvers.the main difficulty of carrying out integration analysis of plastic part molding and mold structure is lacking of uniform grid data interface.the results of pressure and temperature in the injection molding process which are used as the load of mold thermal coupling analysis can not be directly imported into the structural analysis software since the grid does not match. Some researchers take the method of directly putting uniformly distributing pressure load into mold cavity while analyzing the mold structure, the real pressure and temperature distribution were not loaded into the cavity surface which would affect the structure analysis result. In response to these problems, This paper will undertake the following research:1.Based on the injection molding analysis software -Z-MOLD and structural analysis software -ANSYS,studying the data interface between middle mesh and surface mesh in injection molding analysis and Three-dimensional grid in structural analysis.Realizing the grid seamless butt and achieving the goal of using the same nodes in the analysis of injection molding and mold structure.2.Achieving that import the result of press and temperature in injection molding into structural analysis by parametric computer language, which can lay the foundation for thermal analysis and deformation analysis of mold in injection molding.3.Carrying out integration analysis of injection molding and mold structure for one type of aerospace products.Predicted the deformation of mold cavity and core in real press and temperature under certain molding technology. And provided guide for checking mold stiffness and determining the mold size In the actual production.Through this research, based on Z-MOLD, a software with independent intellectual property,the paper conducted an integrative analysis of product molding and mold structure analysis,which is the function extension of current mold analysis software.and it has practical signaficance to the expanding usage of Z-MOLD function.
