Objective:To reveal the psychological characteristics of the college students' voluntary behavior and altruistic behavior,and propose recommendations of how to carry out the ideological and political education plan.Methods: (1)Research subjects:we selected 28 wetland ambassadors from four universities around the nation according to the grounded theory.(2)Research program: under the guidance of social identity theory,start the focus of individual interviews and group-style interviews from four dimensions:cognition,emotion,motivation,and behavior.(3) Research Tool:we take Nvivo8.0 software as a tool of the qualitative interview data processing and analysis developed by QSR International. Results: Four results obtained: (1) the cognitive dimension of wetland ambassadors is reflected in three aspects:the role cognition, the group cognition,role identity; (2) the motivation dimension of wetland ambassadors is reflected three aspects:general factors,self factors and environmental factors; (3) the emotional dimensions of wetland ambassadors is reflected in three aspects:emotional likes and dislikes,sense of belonging and sense of losing; (4) the act dimension of wetland ambassadors embodied in two aspects:the behavior changes and behavior influence.Conclusions: The social identity of wetlands presented five major features:(1)a cognitive features based on the role of knowledge, linked by the group cognition, the role of identity as a core; (2) the general incentive factors, environmental factorsas external, factors as the core motivation of their own characteristics; (3) a sense of belonging at the core, the coexistence of a variety of emotional experience, emotional characteristics; (4), the external positive changes in behavior, practice, exchanges, increasing altruistic behaviorBehavior; (5) the role of identity, their factors, a sense of belonging is the messenger of wetlands the main reason for changes in behavior. Implications: In conclusion, we believe that college students volunteering for the ideological and political education should be from the following three aspects: (1) carry out a variety of positive education, the formation of the active role of the college students volunteer recognition; (2)as the main form of practical activities, optimize mental quality, and enhance inner self needs students; (3) as the main means of collective activities, efforts to train students on the collective sense of belonging, every effort to avoid the formation of their sense of loss.
