The Present Situation Of Ideological And Political Education Research For Workers In Dagang Oilfield

The state-owned oil enterprise is the pillar of our national economy,which plays an important role in the state-owned economy.In order to cope with the rapid development of today’s society,the state-owned enterprises must deepen the reform.so the ideological and political work of state-owned oil enterprises is also facing new challenges.According to the way and method,different positions of workers working characteristics of innovation of Ideological and political education,in order to meet the needs of the development of Ideological and political education work under the new situation,is an important topic worthy of in-depth study and focus.Based on investigation of the relevant units of Dagang Oilfield Employees in different positions on the scientific analysis of survey data,and the current situation of Ideological and political education of workers in Dagang Oilfield are described,the characteristics of the first tier and second tier workers are summarized.Based on the survey results,this paper evaluates the current ideological and political education work of Dagang Oilfield,and finds out the existing problems in the ideological and political education work of the petroleum enterprises and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.
