More than 70 percent of energy is coal which occupies a pivotal position in construction of national economy in our country. Because our country has a long history of coal mining,and the scale is more and more big, makeing process of mine vertical deepening increasing,so the problem of the timbering and the maintenance of soft seam roadway is becoming more prominent,especially control problem of soft coal roadway stability is always one of the difficult problem. In recent years,with bolts and cables support technology becoming mature in soft coal roadway, anchored structure has been widely applied. However, the anchor reinforce using in gateway with soft seam is different and has its characteristic. In engineering application, bolt and cable broken, roadway stability can not effective controlled.All in all,whether can we work out the problem of soft seam gateway supporting is a critical issue for coal exploitation and safety in production.Based on lots of domestic and foreign literatures and on the spot investigation, the broken characteristies of soft seam gateway and influence factors of the surrounding rock deformation are summarized systemically in this thesis.At the same time, the mechanism of deformation and failure of soft seam gateway is analyzed.Proceeding from bearing mechanism of soft rock roadway, this paper studys the mechanism between soft rock roadway's supporting and surrounding rock,then it proposes the view of hollow grouting cable to reinforce bolt-net-anchor coupling support in this foundation.Construction technology of hollow grouting cable and grouting parameters are systematically analyzed and studied.This thesis applies Flac3D to analysis deformation and failure of surrounding rock between hollow grouting cable supporting and hollow grouting cable without supporting in soft seam gateway, The results is that the better effect of fluffy mining roadway stability by hollow grouting cable.Industrial test of hollow grouting cable reinforcing supporting in fluffy mining roadway was implemented around the engineering practice the 1276 wind alley of Guo er-zhuang Coal Mine,And mine pressure is monitored on site,to comparative and analysis the test results and simulation results.The result shows that the deformation of the surrounding rock is controlled effectively,and technical and economic benefit is remarkable.This paper studies with the practice unifies, Because the test of soft seam gateway support has successfully by hollow grouting cable,so a new supporting and maintaining method for soft seam gateway is explored,and it has broad applieation foreground and the value of practical popularization in engineering fields.
