| The measurement of large-scale complex surface parts is an important process of the manufacturing and the precision of the measurement data is vital to the quality. It is difficult to get the accurate information of surfaces with large scale, irregular shape and low rigidity by manual measuring especially when the on-line or on-machine measurement is required. NC-measurement integration is an effective way to solve the problem and provides technical support for the process.The software development of NC-measurement integration system was discussed, and based on Sinumerik 840D,the design of human machine interface was carried out with Visual Basic to meet the users'expectation. To display the appropriate texts in the application and softkey field, the dynamic link library was established with Visual C++. DCTL.OCX, the standard forms and modules provided by the OEM package were used for accessing the NCK/PLC variables which were essential to control the equipment. INI files, MDI file and ZUS file of the OEM system as well as the method of embedding the interface into the standard Sinumerik 840D were all introduced in detail.The development of NC-measurement integration system HMI was accomplished through these steps.An measurement system for the large-scale honeycomb structure was designed based on Sinumerik 840D.The theories of contact and laser measurement were described and the hardware components such as PLC analog module, the contact and laser tracer were configured to constitute the multicenter measurement system.The human machine interface, data accessing and collecting programs were designed to make the system convenient and practical for the measurement of the large-scale honeycomb structure. The 3D profile probe synchromesh control was achieved by the synchronized actions, which is a significant improvement of standard Sinumerik 840D.NC-measurement integration system with friendly interface and high performance was developed for measurement, acquisition, data processing, surface reconstruction, graphic simulation, program generation and couple machining.The feasibility and validity of the NC-measurement integration system were verified by experiment. |
