As China NOx emission standards become stricter day by day , the NOx emissions control and de-NOx of the flue gas by combustion regulation has become the main technical way of abatement in coal fired power plant. This paper reviewed the domestic and overseas development of deNOx technology ,described in detail the the commonly use of nitrogen oxide control technology and its application situation.Compared the advantages and disadvantages of various deNOx technologies to link up with the requirements of reconstruction denitrification of thermal power plant. The current best de-NOx technical solution- Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) flue gas denitrification process was analysed through comparing the deNOx system investment and operation conditions of three power plants in Beijing .Our topic aimed to research the achievement of low NOx emissions in Guangzhou Wanglong Cogeneration Plant ,the effect of NOx emission reduction and the impact on combustion stability after the conbustion technological retrofit of the number 1 and 2 coal-fired boilers.Combined the production status, fuel indicator, the site profiles, etc. of the 420 t/h coal-fired boiler in Wanglong Cogeneration Plant to choose SCR flue gas denitrification process. The flow chart and a plan of the denitrification process system were draft with introduction of the technical process. The rehabilitation program of the rear heating surface was proposed and the expected result was assessed environmentally and economically. The rearch work of low NOx combustion technology and SCR flue gas denitrification process can provide a reference for future similar projects in the future.
