With the increase in installed capacity of coal-fired thermal power plants, combustion and emission of nitrogen NOx are also continues to grow, triggered aseries of environmental problems, Parts of the environmental quality becomes moreand more bad. Nitrogen oxides are one of the main sources of air pollution,70% in the total emissions onitrogen oxides in China directly from coal combustion, mostcoal-fired power plant emissions of nitrogen oxides are nitric oxide, nitrogen oxide in the atmosphere oxidised into nitrogen dioxide.Nitrogen oxide in addition to being a source of pollution harm human health, also produces a variety of secondary pollution. For this reason, control of nitrogen oxide emissions have become the third focus pollution treatment work. With the increase in installed capacity of thermal power units, Nitrogen oxides also continues to grow, state concerned greater attention and supervision of denitrification in coal-fired power plant, enact relevant policies and regulations. In order to further reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxides, compliance with increasingly stringent environmental emission control request, commonly used in domestic electric power industry boiler low NOx combustion technology in emission control has been unable to meet environmental protection requirements,denitrification of flue gas after combustion must be processed.Firstly, gas denitrification process carried out in-depth research at home and abroad flue. It select the Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) denitrification process, selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) and SNCR-SCR hybrid technology three main flue gas denitrificationprocess technical and economic analysis. Secondly, the paper according to national environmental policy and emission reduction control requirements, combined with the survey about coal-fired power plant capacity at home and abroad, boiler pressure, fuel characteristics, environmental protection policy, reason for NOx,emission control measures and solutions of NOx, based on the comprehensive evaluation and empirical analysis of process selection and investment and characteristics and design and economic benefits and engineering construction of flue gas denitrification.We are study the technology of flue gas de-NOx project and economic benefit of one power plant 2×600MW thermal power unit,it is to provide reference of investment control and raising comprehensive economic benefits, put forward feasible plan of flue gas denitrification.
