In modern industry production, due to the limitation of raw material and the energy, the structure lightweight and Flexible processing technology turns into one of general trends of the modern advanced manufacturing technology. Internal high-pressure forming technology which is a advanced manufacturing technology using the pressure to form hollow light body component turns up Under such a background.After consulting numerous related literatures and reference materials at home and abroad, the development and application and current trend of domestic and oversea of Internal High-pressure Forming is summarized in this paper. Through the introduction of the working principle and composition of the Internal high-pressure forming equipment, this paper has analyzed the characteristics of each system of the equipment. Based on these, according to the request and the technical parameters of the lateral thrust cylinder and the clamping cylinder, to reduce costs and improve the system performance, on the one hand this paper proposes a method using the gas and liquid pressurization cylinder to replace the traditional the traditional hydraulic cylinder which used by the lateral thrust cylinder and the clamping cylinder, established had been mad that the fluid turbo-charged system model, establishes the model of gas and liquid pressurization system, carries on the simulation and carries on the displacement and the pressure control experiment using increase type PID; On the other hand, the computer control system adopts control method of the upper computer and the lower computer, centralized management and dispersion control. the upper computer using industrial Personal Computer carries on the target curve establishment, the demonstration, the processing, the preservation of the real-time data of the displacement and the pressure. And the lower computer using programmable logic controller which used widely in industrial control complete the control of displacement and stress.In order to verify the correctness of the theory and simulation analysis, according to the working principle, of using the slider to spring up as the load simulation test, completed the hardware interface circuit design, compiled a relatively perfect function of machine control procedures with c + + Builder and FPWIN GR2 and realized the data transfer through serial communication between machine. After that used the test-bed for gas and liquid pressurization cylinder of displacement and stress control. From the experiment results, using the hydraulic and pneumatic supercharging cylinder instead of traditional hydraulic cylinder can fully meet the request of Internal high-pressure forming equipment for the lateral thrust cylinder and the clamping cylinder.
