With the development of the heavy industry, the large forgings gradually play a role of the central parts in many heavy equipments.Beacause the productive environment of the large forgings is megathermal, it is very difficult to test the size of the forgings in real time. And lots of raw materials and energy during the production are wasted. In addition, the productive capacity of the large forings is also one of the basic standards, which represents the level of our native machinery manufacturing industry. In the thesis, the technology of testing the large objects at home and aboard is analyzed, a structured light projector is designed to test the size of the large forging with high temperature.Based on the technology of testing the large megathermal forgings in real time, the hardware and software of the structured light projector are designed in the thesis.The basic working principle of the projector is that the specific structured light is projected on the megathermal forgings,and the images are analyzed by the technology of the photogrammetry. The specific structured light is generated by the laser which is from the semiconductor lasers and through the diffraction grating according to the diffraction effect.For the design and the manufacture of the strutured light projector, the specific works this thesis involved are:1.After analyzing the background and significance of the issue, studying the main technologies of testing the large megathernal objects at home and aboard, the structured light projector in the test of the large megathernal forging is designed, combined with the need of the megathernal environment;2.The hardware of the system is designed. It contains four parts. They are the acquisition and display module of the incubator temperature, the cooling device, the power module of the laser and the design of the control module for the whole hardware.3.According to the need for the project, the optical system is designed. And based on the working principle of the diffraction effect, the lattice and grid structured light projector is designed and implemented.4.Combined the hardware with the optical design, the simple incubator is made. The cooling device,the laser,the temperature logger and the diffraction are orderly fixed in the incubator. The experiments to control the temperater and make the system work are carried out.5.The results of the experiments are analyzed and summarized. The problems during the experiment are analyzed, in order to optimize the system.
