Introduce the development process of a new-style hybrid biological reactor, lay stress on studying the capability and characteristic of the reactor, and also report the effect of treatment of high concentration organic wastewater using the reactor. The result demonstrates that: 1. Screened out two better filling Boshi?and remodel beehive filling. 2. Designed a new-style hybrid biological reactor which was composed of three parts. The first part is fluid bed . The second part is fixed bed . The third part is sedimentation part. 3. Treatment effect: the ratio of COD removal is steady above 85% ,with Nv being l.31?.48 (kgCODI(m3d)) 4. Take measure of the amount of the micro-organic : the concentration of suspended sludge is 0.425gIL , the concentration of appendiculate sludge on beehive filling is 3 .44g/, the concentration of appendiculate sludge on oshi?filling is I .92gIL. 5. Some basic biochemical parameters measured in the reactor as follows: (1) The reaction of treatment of soybean products wastewater belongs to the second-order reaction. To the suspended micro-organic , the constant of reaction velocity K is 24.78 d?.To the appendiculate micro-organic , the constant of reaction velocity K is 75.96 d? (2) As the Us being 4.01 ?.32&? the sludge productivity of suspended micro-organic YT is 0.56 10 mg micro-organic / mg substrate , the attenuation coefficient Kd is 0.6946 d-1.As the Us being 4 45?.37d-1, the sludge productivity of appendiculate micro-organic YT is 0.4403 mg micro-organic / mg substrate , the attenuation coefficient Kd is 0.2509 d-1.
