| With the requirement of national railroad inclining to high-speed and heaviness, user's demand of ironrail's intrinsic quality and material quality is increasing, including purity of steel type, precision of section size, straight degree, surface quality and so on . The Technology of high-speed railroad, as a representative, reflects the tendency of modern productive technology of steel rail is developing to the direction of pure smelting, precise rolling and precise mending . This article is mainly divided into two parts.1. The situation of domestic and abroad railroad transportation and the demand of steel rail product's quantum and quality are introduced . The disparity is analyzed among national technology , Panzhihua Steel & Iron Factory technology and world's advanced technology from the aspects of productive criteria, productive technology and quality of steel rail . The analytical result reveals that the existence of disparity is mainly because of the disparity of technology equipment. As a result, the technology reform scheme of high-speed railroad productive technology is put forward in Panzhihua Steel & Iron Factory. And finally the implemental effect is briefly introduced.2. The research of improving the quality of railroad' straightening is carried out through the result of on-the-spot survey . From point of principle and practice, several factors which affect the straight degree is analyzed .And a conclusion was drawn that the recognition of change of existed technology of short rule straightening and adopting steel rail complex straight technology is needed, in order to solve the problem of high-speed railroad' straight degree basically . In this article, a reform scheme of erect complex steel rail straight machine was drawn and carried out through analysis of steel rail quality which is affected by steel rail straightening. And a good effect is achieved. |
