Research On The Micro-computer Controlled On-line Test System Of High-Speed Drawing Frame

Computer controlled on-line Lester is an important part of modern high-speed drawing frame. Its functions are testing and analyzing the regularity of drawn sliver at high speed. It can display the sliver unevenness indexes and the irregularity curve continuously, ft can be used separately or used with self-regulation equipment. So it can feed back the signal to self-regulation device to supply the drawn sliver irregularity information.The sensor to measure the irregularity of the sliver is designed in the text. The design principle and constitute are discussed. A new sensor combined by film and Linear hallsensor is put forward. Static and dynamic characters are tested and discussed by methods of mathematical analysis and experiments. The in-out function of the measure system is also determined in the process.Hardware of the system is including the sensor to measure the irregularity of the sliver, magnification and filtercircuit, Data Acquisition Card and computer. Software of the system is a Win32 program designed by Visual Basic 6.0. The program anaiy/e and calculate the data acquired from the Data Acquisition Card, them protract unevenness graph and spectrum picture. At the same time, the irregularity and CV value of the current sliver are displayed. The program also has alarm function when the sliver exceeding the index. When the irregularity of the drawn sliver exceeding the preset value or obvious regular unevenness being detected, drawing frame will be stopped and warning information wi 1 I displayed by the system.Plenty of experiments on Saco-lowell graphic sliver tester and USTER unevenness tester were carried out to test the on-line test system entirely. The stability and veracity are analy/ed under different condition.
