This thesis consists of four parts .The first two parts is about the research of the inorganic zinc-rich primer which is focused on discussion of the influence of the factors during hydrolysis of the ethyl-silicate,such as hydrolysis degree,catalyst,hydrolysis media,temperature and addition rate of the performance of hydrolysate.The third part is about the modified poly-epoxy-urethane. An modified polyurethane glass flake corrosion protection coating,based on coupling agent treated glass flake,has been developed,which is superior to the traditional anticorrosion coatings and suitable for corrosion protection in heavy-duty environment.The last part is about the whole heavy-duty coating system which is the use of electrochemical approach for the corrosion protection of coating film,and showed the general principle and characteristics of the electrochemical evaluation for coating film.It indicated that the evaluation of corrosion protection properties of the coating film by the electrochemical approach has the features of fastness,accuracy and ease.
