Research On Method Of Evaluation And Optimization Of Recycling Processes Of Household Appliance

This paper introduces the real meaning and key techniques of recycling and reusing of products,as well as the method of solving the problem of optimization of recycling processes of products. This paper adopts analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to distribute the weight of evaluating index,and uses an integrating method to simplify the evaluating index system so that the recycling processes can be evaluated and optimized easily. This paper introduces essential theory of graph to divide the net of recycling processes built by Agent in order to prepare for applying the method of Ideal Point Relative Approaching Comparison(IPRAC). EPRAC method resolves the problem of concurrent optimizing of multiple objects easily and accurately. Combined with typical household appliance product,refrigerator,the method of evaluation and optimization are discussed.
