| Owing to the particular environment in coal mine, charging the people in well is one big problem about the safe production and management in coal mine. In this paper, after a review conducted for present and development status for the mine monitoring system. Character of leaking transmit system are stated. Then present status of people monitoring in well and necessity for the tasks are stated in brief. A quite advanced RFID transmit recognize technique,is used to resolve personnel followed up problem. One scheme for the people tracked in well is designed, in which the new RFID and coding are employed as monitor. Running tests present the scheme features measuring correctly, high reliability, etc. Finally, the scheme can be used to customize an application system for industries with significant present, such as coal highroad, highway, transportation, metallurgy.
