Jigging Air-Valve Auto-Control Based On Expert System

Jigging milling is one of the most important ways for physics milling. As the key equipment of the coal-dressing factories, the key problem that affects the auto-control of the jigging machine is the auto-control of air-valve. The readjustment of air-valve parameters is trivial and the factitious subjective factors are mixed up in the control process. So, it is necessary that a more effective and advanced control draft needs to be found to realize the auto-control for jigging air-valve.In this thesis, an auto-control draft for jigging air-valve based on expert system is researched. As Y -ray radiation detector can get the material density of the coal bed, and the delaminating state is analyze and the AR model for the density of the coal is established to estimate the trend of the data, then the porosity of the coal bed is estimated and the modification rule of the air-valve parameters is established. The expert system can modify the air-valve parameters according to expert acknowledge acquired and the real-time data to get the satisfied sort effect.VB6.0 is used for programming. The control system includes: PLC, y -ray radiation detector and PC for industry.The laboratory test to the software shows: the auto-control of the air-valve parameters can be realized.
