Coal jigging plays an important role in coal dressing, which contains about 70% of the total amount of coal in worldwide.However, due to the limitation of all kinds of conditions, make jigging coal pause of coal separation efficiency is low, so the existing platform equipment and operation process of the automation level of further optimization is more significant. Jigging process mainly contains two parts:one is raw coal layer, the other is the separation of products. But raw coal layer is the precondition of jigging products separation, which directly impact jigging coal separation consequence. Raw coal layer is. completed under the function of the vertical communication water flow, and the produce of stratification is on the premise of layer of loose. So the platform equipment and operation process of the automation level of further optimization is more significant in the development and application of jigging coal.In this paper, Lab VIEW as PC to send control commands, with a graphical user interface, the next crew selection DSP28335 chip serial communication with the host computer at the same time as stepper motor controllers, stepper motor control through the membrane to achieve different jigging the curves, the high-speed camera to process to the jig curve analysis to test whether the desired curve. During the experiment by selecting the size of the load of the stepping motor type and completed the stepper motor output analysis, design of the diaphragm jig shape and size, and the diaphragm jig levels were improved, further build diaphragm jig model for experiments laid the foundation for the entire system.This system has completed the design of the hardware, software, and through the software debugging completed the writing of the upper machine, upper machine and lower machine communication successfully, the parameters of the upper machine under the command can be a machine, a machine under waveform output by the parameters of the receiving commands, diaphragm under the drive of rack drive water doing regular exercise, which was carried out on the bed separation, the actual verification by experiment, and the different jigging cycle curve is obtained by experiment, realized the separation of the bed layer at the same time, the system has achieved a certain effect on the separation effect.
