Research Of The Control System Of Realizable Spontaneous Jigging Period

Abstract:Jigging preparation plays important role in coal preparation, and jigging machine has always been an extreme efficient separating equipment. Improvement and perfection of jigging machine has been ceaselessly performed since it was put into use. However, jigging machine’s separating efficiency is at low level restricted by some conditions. There is no answer based on available theory that which fluctuation flow should be chosen to separate materials with specific density and size to obtain a better separation efficiency, and which jigging cycle should be selected to get this very kind of fluctuation flow. Jigging procedure include two steps:layered of raw coal and separation of product. The former is the premise of the later, and directly influence separation efficiency of jigging separation. Layered of raw coal is completed in the function of vertical alternating flow, while loose layer is premise of layered of raw coal. Fluctuation flow directly causes loose layer, and also has close relationship with jigging cycle. Therefore, the study on property of jigging cycle and finally manufacture equipment which can achieve alternating jigging cycle have significant influence to development and application of jiggle separation.This paper adopts LabVIEW—with graphical operation interface—as host computer to send control command, DSP28335 as lower computer to operate serial communication with host computer. At the same time, the lower computer also as stepping motor, through which can achieve different jigging curve. Furthermore, high speed camera and corresponding processing software are adopted to analysis jigging curve, testing conditions of curves. This system completes debugging of hardware and software, and obtains different jigging curve through test, so the ideal effect is achieved.
