According to the documents of Two Control Zones, The cities are classified as "The Acid Rain Control Areas" in Hubei province as follow: Wuhan,Huangshi,Ezhou, Jinzhou,Jinmen,Qiangjiang and Xianning. In order to formulate the City Pollution Control project properly, the source of SO2 should be analyzed in great detailed and exactly, and also the offer value of average concentration should be confirmed to the atmosphere from the source for working out a city's development.This research adopts the Normal Model which is prevalent in engineering nowadays. It makes relevant amendment and permanents choice in light of different areas' characteristics and using different scale pollution diffusion models for analysis and the expectant aim, on basis of Continuous Point Source Diffusion Model, Point Source Amend Arithmetic of Area Source, Point Source Approximately Internal Arithmetic of Area Source (T2 Model) and Various Refrain Source Model.Contrasting lots of numerical experiments and practical monitor data can be found that, in Acid Rain Control Areas, the source of SC? effect atmosphere in various ways in those cities. Wuhan and Ezhou, the SCVs source come from their local pollution, the rate is up to 91.23% and 88.26% respectively. In Daye, Huanggang,Xianning, the rates are between 30%~50%,mainly from the outside pollution, especially in Xianning ,the offer rates from local source is only 50.5% and the oatside source mainly come from Wuhan.The industrial area source, which' the most offer rates to the ground concentration below 50m, brings about the main affections to the local .Because of the direction of wind and geographical location, it is likely to effect other neighboring cities. Although the offer rates of elevated point source is lower than the ground, it will become a main source of Acid Rain owe to the large wide effected areas and long-conveyed distance..The research also find that, in the research areas, a pollution area of 0.01mg/m3 concentration will be formed because of the city's interaction effect. Being to the chemical transform of SOi ,this area will be another main source of the Acid Rain.At the last part of dissertation, it analyses the interact of different height- ii -pollution source in those cities. These results will provide the scientific basis for environment administration's decision-making.
