High temperature air combustion (HTAC) technology, which is a new type combustion technology with advantages of both highly energy saving and low pollutant emissions, is more attended in the fields of science and industry. To develop this technology accords with the situation of our country. It is in the ascendant now, people all know it is a very important technology. We made a experimental equipment which is used the high temperature air combustion technology. And a industrial autocontrol system has been used. With some different parameter: Each combustion work state of switch cycle 30s, 60s, 90s and 120s is observed and measured in the mode of fuel and air same current, adverse current and both current and on the kiln temperature of about 1000℃ and 1150c. And the law of the system heat exchanging and pollutant emission is analyzed. The temperature is measured with a 32 channel temperature measure computer. The equality of the temperature in the kiln and the precision of the temperature control system and the fuel consume is analyzed. To find a working condition that consume less fuel and low pollutant emission. With a proper combination of the ability of heat store and the time of switch cycle and the burthen of the kiln we can made more regenerative energy saving. The temperature of exhaust gas can be reduced to about 40℃, the short switch cycle time made the low exhaust gas temperature and less NOx emission. In the mode of switch cycle 90s combustion work state temperature distributing in kiln is better than other work state. The temperature different in kiln is great in the work mode of combustion form C2, the least temperature different in the work mode of combustion form C1, and that of the combustion form C3 is on the big side of C1. The range of temperature control precision is from ±2℃ to ±5℃, the system is easy to be operate. The burner of heat store can only working in continuous state in low temperature stage, this made a large difference in kiln temperature. This system can be used for normal ceramic product.Discussed the mechanism of how NOx has been created. With the analysis of some factor that effect the build of NOx , we discussed the different NOx emission in different working condition. Different combustion form influence the NOx emission. In the mode of fuel and air same current a mass of NOx is created. In the mode of fuel and air adverse current have low NOx emission. This is a guide of the research work for the future...
