The Preliminary Study Of The Extraction And Purification Technology Of Guangyanling Injection And The Fingerprint Of Guangyanling Injection Substance

The study and practice of Chinese injection, broke through the limitation of traditional administration of TCM, enable more wide usage of TCM. With the further study of TCM injection, the study of the purification technology and the quality criteria is more critical. And the setting up of fingerprint of TCM is the basis of the improvement of the technology and the quality criteria.In this article several extraction methods were compared, and it proved that water extraction was the most optimum method. On the basis of this, uniform design was used to get ideal extraction method. Orthogonal design was made use of to get better purification technology. The fingerprint of GUANGYANLING injection substance was set up with RP-HPLC, gradation technology. This method is easy, stable and convenient. The fingerprint and the determination of the main active content Syringopicroside were used to the quality control of extraction and clearing technology.This study enables the further study of GUANGYANLING injection.
