Automatic bearing turing product line is a high technology equipment in which FieldBUS, embedded system, CNC, on-line dectective, precision mechanical design and stepping-motor control technology are integrated. The main content of this dissertation is to research and develop an automatic bearing turing product line.The evolutionary development of an industrial process control system is given at the beginning of this dissertation. The integrated thought and methods of DCS (Distributed Control System) and FCS (Fieldbus Control System) are explained in detail.In chaper 2, the design target of automatic product line is discussed and the top-layer design of automatic product line is explained.In chaper 3, the communication protocol of automatic product line is defined, including a net-layer protocol and two subordinate protocols. The two subordinate protocols are designed for two different communication means.In chaper 4, the knowledge of CANBUS is given and the way to build an intelligent CANBUS communication node is presented.In chaper 5 and chaper 6, the design of a single-node CNC control card is introduced, including software design and hardware design.In chaper 7, the design of stepping-motoe control module is developed. First, the principle of stepping-moter control is introduced. Secondly, the stepping-motor control module is described in detail.In chaper 8. the design of handset instrument, which specially designed for this automatic product line, is obtained.In the last chaper, the summary of this dissertation is given and the prospect of automatic bearing turing product line is opened up.
