Immune milk is the milk that contains specific antibodies, which is the result of hyperimmunization of cows vaccined with selected antigens. This research subject is to prepare immune milk and to study the properties of IgG in immune milk. Our research results are as follow:5 strains of pathogenic bacteria originated from piglet intestinal tract were selected as antigens, and dairy cows were immunized. The antibody titers against 5 pathogenic bacteria in immune milk were 25 ---212. 23 ---210 folds of control regular milk. The method of ELISA proved the results of immune milk were 1:4000---1:32000, 23 ---26 folds of control regular milk.IgG contents were measured by SIDA method. When immune colostrum and regular colostrum had the same contents of IgG, the antibody titers against 5 pathogenic bacteria in immune colostrum (IgG 14.394mg/ml) were 212 ---214.32---256 folds of control regular colostrum(IgG 14.394mg/ml) . The method of ELISA proved the results of immune colostrum were at least 1000 folds of control regular colostrum.Combining (NH4)2SO4 salting with dialysis for IgG isolation was carried out,the purity of IgG was up to 80%,and the recovery of IgG was 60%. Research results indicated that the specific IgG from immune colostrum can significantly inhibit the growth of E.coli(With antigenic determinants of K88,K99,987p),S.typh and S.flex than that of IgG from regular colostrums outside body.
