Study On Wastepaper Deinking By Neutral Chemistry

Aiming at the disadvantage of alkaline deinking, this article discussed the deinking of recycled newspaper under neutral condition. This experiment used some surfactants that have different function to deink by washing. We reviewed the complex and deinking capability of some surfactants under neutral condition by the action of single or complex surfactants, and choose the optimum technics of neutral deinking for this experiment. The optimum technics of neutral deinking and the effect of experiment factor on deinking was also investigated This paper studied the capacity of neutral deinking pulp through, bleaching experiment, the compare with alkaline deinking, and detect experiment, to research into the applicability of neutral deinking experiment. The results showed as follows:(1)The neutral deinking can be realized by the action of surfactant, mechanism and heating.(2)The complex of surfactant has an effect on neutral deinking. The complex capability of nonionic surfactant is better. Usually speaking, the species of surfactant is more, the function of the deinking agent to take off the ink particle is better.(3)In this experiment, we can choose a reasonable neutral deinking technics base on the fact.(4)The neutral deinking make the deinking technics flow easier, the chemical reagents that needed is fewer; the cost is reduced, the COD of waste water is lower, the cost to deal with the waste water is decreased and be friendly to the environment; the neutral deinking pulp has better capable of bleaching, can be close or reach to the brightness of alkaline deinking pulp.
