The paper used roots, stems, leaves, flowers of Sophora alopecuroides L. which was producted in Xinjiang as raw material to study extraction efficiency of Alkaloid Constituents by mix extraction, microwave irradiation. By the experiment, we determined the optimum extracting solvent and technological conditions. By studying the method of concertrating extraction liquids, we determined the connection of macroporous resin adsorption and reverse osmosis concertration were the efficiency of concertraction method. By studying the method of separating Alkaloid Constituents of Sophora alopecuroides L., we determined silica gel column chromatography was the efficiency of separation, the optimum washing and separating solvent, the optimum volume ratio. We studied the method of removing solvent in extractum of Sophora alopecuroides L., and determined high vacuum conditions were the safety and efficiency method of removing solvent. We still determined the method of purification of Matrine , determined the suitable solvent of crystallizing , regarded crystallization as ideal method which got high purity of matrine crystals. In the study, ultraviolet spectrum, thin layer chromatography (TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used tu identify the quantitative analysis of roots, stems, leaves, flowers and crude pigment of Alkaloid Constituents and matrine crystals. These studies will offer references and basises for industrialized production of matrines extracted from Sophora alopecuroides L.
