In virtue of the assemble programming tool realizes the product virtual assembles, the designer can acquire the evaluation of an assemble for designing function quickly, and according to evaluation result, proceed the product designs again on time, shorten the period of development of the product.After the analyze of creating background, concept ,domestic and international research general situation, the paper expatiate on the relevant concept of the virtual assemble and the model design, information on the assemble model, the hierarchy structural relative technique problem, etc. And to the key for the virtual assembling, the path of the programming product and the evaluation of enable assemble make further research.After investigating and analyzing the assemble of the some nuclear powered equipment draw the conclusion on characteristic of product assemble, character in assemble craft. And base on this ,put forward the path programs of module and imitate dynamic true under the VisMockUp ,with the man-machine alternation, proceeded the actual assemble, getting the good result.Analyzing the problem and method of intervene detection in the course of the virtual assembles , provide graph engine supporting virtual manufacturing environment through computer language of OpenGL ,the establish intervene detection procedure, exanimate dynamic the true module proceed , guarantee assemble accurate under the virtual environment.In this text the hierarchy model come into being from the assemble path planning of a grade to aim at assemble imitating .
