Study On The Optimization Of Working Condition Parameter For Plow And The Structure Design For Plow Head

The dissertation has carried on the study about the main working condition parameter of the coal plough—cutting depth , the force on the plow head and the structure of the plow head. Analyzing the main influence factors on the maximum production capacity of coal plough; Putting forward the corresponding improvement measures and optimizing the cutting depth and the cutting speed aimed at the maximum production capacity of coal plough; Designing the working condition parameter optimization and calculation system for the plow head' force, the system has been applied to design and practice production and achieved good results. Setting the coal plough BH30/2×160 produced by Zhang JiaKou coal machinery limited company as the example, through much analysis, calculation and study, putting forward the main thinking and the method for the design of coal plough. The dissertation has also analyzed the friction force on plow head and put forward a new calculating method. Examined by practice, the method about the working condition parameter optimization for coal plough and the calculation about friction force on plow head are feasible.
