| Researching and developing practicable progressive die CAD System Of Stator and Rotor plate of motor has great significance to raise the efficiency and the quality of die design and promote the popularization and development of die CAD.The overall project design of the system is dissertated; the function model and the frame model are established. Proper developing environment and programming language are chosen and the developing process of the system is introduced in detail.By analyzing the features of series about the Stator and Rotor plate, the paper puts forward the input method of interactive part information, which is based on the features; takes the technology of feature identification based on rules to get the part information and punch features easily and quickly. The strip layout design module takes the use-rate of materials as target function to layout automatically and adjusts the layout itself manually according to the process requirement, which increase the agility of the system. The step design module adopts CBR technology, builds the case database of the Stator and Rotor plate, brings forward case-organizing and case-studying methods, takes "the latest and most frequently using method" to resolve the conflict of matching cases which exerts the effect of experiences. In order to choose the right machine and keep the dies working steadily, the system establishes the punch pressure calculation module and the pressure center calculation module.Die design module integrates the technology of database and feature parameter, inherits some parameters by the way of "drawing to drawing", obtains other feature parameters by querying database, and draws the dies automatically by drawing programs. The assembly drawing building module takes the design method of down-to-top to build the assembly drawing and use the wipeout technology to hide some parts. The system creates the drawing model, makes the part list automatically and relieves the load of engineers.The system is convenient, fast and practicable and achieves the expected target. |
