New Type Automatic Reversing Of Controlling Technology About Hydraulic Mud Pump

With the development of Chinese Petroleum and the utilization of integrated high technology of mechanics, electronics and hydraulics, the automatic level of petroleum equipment is more and more oriented towards automatic control system. Automation, power output automatic balance and the improvement of comprehensive efficiency are more and more important for petroleum machinery.Mechanical reciprocating mud pumps used in petroleum equipment in the civel and abroad are greatly blocking the improvement of its performance and automation level. Hydraulic mud pump has been concerned by professionals due to its good output characteristic and high efficiency. However because of the unsolved problems of automatic reversing, reversing impact, abrasive resistance and sealing, this product can not realize the industrial production.This paper compares and analyses the characters and performance of mechanical reciprocating mud pump with hydraulic mud pump. Through the analyzing the structure of several mechanical reciprocating mud pump, created the new structure of automatic reversing hydraulic reciprocating mud pump. Afterwards illustrates the principle and characters of this new structure. Put forward the new structure ibstead of valve in hydraulic reversing, keeping the hydraulic oil dean so the control of hydraulic system is pricise, and the wear of piston rod is reduced greatly. And as the base of design, calculates and analyses the main parts.With practical application of the abovementioned principle, designed new type of dual-cylinder dual-action hydraulic mud pump and completed the prototype. The data obtained from testing-stand shows that the output characteristic and efficiency of the hydraulic mud pump have been improved obviously. This project has got through the inspection by experts and will be bulk produced for our truck mounted drilling rigs.
