In the procedure of electrolysis deposition zinc, zinc in cathode and oxygen in positive pole can be got, this waste the electricity put on positive pole. On the other hand, during the course of obtaining MnO2 in electrolysis, MnO2 in positive pole and H2 in cathode can be got, this waste the electricity put on cathode. These two procedures have the same aspect: getting the product in one pole, the electricity put on the other pole is wasted. Meanwhile, all the procedures have these shortcomings: using up much energy, producing much acid folk and have long procedures. According to above faults, many scholars put forward with simultaneous electrolysis deposition of Zn-MnO2 in chloride resolution, but due to the difference of electrolysis condition between cathode and positive pole can not be well dealed with, and all the work procedures to produce Zn and MnO2 are too long and complicated to use in the industry.With this background, this paper study on the proper electrolysis condition with which high-purified zinc and high-purified MnO2 can be obtained in one groove.During the study on situation of Zn-MnO2 electrolysis in the same time, the author found the main conditions that influence simultaneous electrolysis of Zn-MnO2 are: temperature, current density, acidity, cell voltage and manganese ion concentration and zinc ion concentration. So to identify the proper electrolysis condition is the same to obtain all the data of the conditions.All the aspects that influence the electrolysis course and current efficiency through series of experiments has been got. Finally, author obtains the best technological condition through monitoring purities of products in cathode and positive pole and analysing the crystal structure of MnO2, a conclusion can be draw: the Zn which is produced through simultaneous electrolysis is high-purified, and the MnO2 is so high active to charge that it can meet the demand to production in battery industry. Meanwhile, it is obvious that the best electrolytic condition that is definited through definiting experiments has good reappearance.In a word, this paper gives out the proper electrolytic condition of simultaneous electrolysis under which high-purified Zn and γ -MnO2 can be obtained. In the same course two mainly products can be obtained, so the consuming electricity of a unitgets down greatly, the effect of consuming economically electricity is obvious. In this new work procedure, energy is used economically. So it simplifies the work procedure, and better the environmental pollution. This new work procedure has economic and environmental advantage, so it has better value for reference to produce Zn and MnO2. The new working procedure of Zn-MnO2 simultaneous electrolysis has a broad applying-prospect.
