This topic belongs to copper electrolysis and metal material research scope which has important practical meaning for improving traditional copper electrolysis technology level. This article makes high current density technical research based on big size anode traditional electrolysis period and electrolysis key technical and control problems. Through several phases of research, like lab Hall test, static test, dynamic test, small scale industrial test, middle scale industrial test and industrial trial production, the influence rule from anode copper composition, electrolyte composition, and additive proportioning etc, process controlling parameters on cathode copper quality and current efficiency has been systemically achieved. Then the key issue on electrolyte composition dynamic controlling has been solved, and the traditional copper electrolysis industrial production under big size anode, long period, high current density has been achieved. Current density is increased from 260A/m~2 to 290-330A/m~2, which improves obviously the copper electrolysis production capacity without investment increasing. The obvious effect on capacity increasing, efficiency increasing, energy saving and consuming decreasing makes it a very good spreading and application future.
