This article studied the slab quality about the Container-sheet processing in Zhujiang steel, primarily it is an important factor for the whole system to improve the slab quality, This article would studied the inner and surface quality of the slab.The pure degree of thin slab influences the quality of steel plates. Therefore, aiming at the CSP process in Zhujiang steel, it is necessary to study the size, category and distributing orderliness of the inclusions inside the thin slab, to analyze the source, forming caution and rule about these inclusion. Relied on the examination by sulphur print, metallographic examination, electro microscope analysis; it is shown that the pureness in Container slab is very high, primarily these inclusion was concentrated on the center of thickness direction and nearby the outer and the inner of the arc; And mostly the inclusions size within the scope of 2.5~10μm, they comprised with alumina and aluminate and calcium oxide in a great measure, sulfide is few and small. Therefore we can conclude that the inclusions are mostly endogenous, for example products brought by aluminum deoxidizing and products brought by calcium processing, and rarely exotic brought by refractory.Researched the thin slab's solidification structure, the paper analyses the influence of the technological parameter of the continuous casting. Passed the experiment method that the acid is boiled and chemical analytical method of the routine and the acid corrosive analyses, it is shown that:(1) The macroscopic structure have no big difference between the thin slab with traditional slab, but obviously the thin slab structure is fine and small, the crystal grain is smallness; The macrosegregation about C, S, P, Cu of the thin slab is little;(2) The grain size grade is about 4-5 class, and that during the thickness the central is less half a class than the lateral.Having applied the technique and method of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and TEM etc, done the macro and micro analysis about the surface longitudinal crack of the thin slab, it is shown that:(1) The casting blank surface longitudinal cracks, whether thin or bigger is all born and formed in the mould;(2) There are always exist various inclusions in the longitudinal crack being area, these inclusions which include casting powder have some promoting effect on the longitudinal crack happening;On the foundation of analyzing the inner and surface quality of the Container slab, this article have offered assurance for the smelting and refining of the pureness steel, as well as researching on the processing of the continuous casting. Consequently, the paper has furthermore confirmed that the actual slab processing of the pureness-steel about the Container-sheet is optimized.
