At present, the measuring and controlling system of shoe-last numerical scanner has become the hot point in shoe making industry of China. Thus, this paper puts forward the theory of a newly shoe-last numerical scanner and prototype on the base of analysis in the most advanced international device and the advanced optimum to fitting the actual need of factory. The prototype shows its good ability in stability, reliability and anti-interference in its experimental test so that it's performance indexes has reached advanced level in board. Especially, its scanning speed (45r/min) greatly exceeds the NewLast (23r/min) but its weight is less than 200kg, just 1/5 of importing or 1/7 of national and 40% price of NewLast. So it has great competitive power of product.The first chapter introduces to you the character and tendency of shoe-last numerical scanner in the World Show Industry Exhibition. The paper analyzes the advantage of such product home and board, and describes the content, innovation, objective and meaning. The Second chapter introduces to you the measure technique and how to select coordinate and type.The third chapter introduces the hardware design of shoe-last in details and deeply studies the phenomena of "lost point" .For the "lost point", presents a revolution for coding pulse receive circuit with FIFO using CPLD. The experiment test proves its feasibility.The fourth chapter introduces the three problems of the soft design in open numerical control system. Firstly, completely analyzes the scientific selection of OS from real-time, stability, reliability and cost. Secondly, the selection of programming environment. Lastly, the application software. The paper describes the all module in software, especially the memory leak and multi-thread which greatly influence the robust and real-time of system because those are the critical point of developing a successful system which can run reliably and under long-term load.Lastly, the experiments of prototype show that the design and the prototype have greate superiority when compared with some famous factory home and board.
