Study And Practice Of The CNC Machining Device For The Turbo Generator's Coil Strip

The working quality of the turbo generator's coil strip went directly affect the elevated temperature of generator rotor ,especially for generator set above 300MKW, its coil strip quality request to be very high. Most milling machine in our country are still mechanically worked with low working efficiency ,and it is difficult to satisfy the process requirement of the turbo generator .While used CNC system , the machines can achieve high speed , high accuracy , high processing quality,and easy to realize the process requirement of the ventilated bore.In this paper ,the author analyzes the development and situation of the machining device and open CNC systems in the machining of the turbo generator's coil strip vent, presents the thought of developing the exclusive CNC machining devices for vent on the base of open CNC system .First, it summarizes the development and research of the machining devices for vent. Then it presents the thought of secondary exploitation based on Open CNC system. And then it gives the design of the whole configuration of the control system , and introduces the whole system from three aspects such as the framework of hardware system, software system and the structure of machine. Especially, it designs the hardware system software system of the CNC based on the Huazhong -I Open CNC system, in terms of the machine motion theory , machining way and technics specialty of the standard technical parts and the requirement of devices.And according to the requirement of the electric control,the PLC system and software control system is designed. The practical application show that we can finish milling vent ,chamfering and trimming at the same time with four spindle of the CNC milling machine.This method guarantees the process quality as well as elevating the working efficiency. it also can process the vent of different capacity turbo generator such as 300Mkw,325Mkw,600Mkw ,900Mkw. This machine is the first CNC milling machine in our country ,and it's design also open out a new way to this field.
