At present, it is common to use the flue gas desulphurization technology of using the baseabsorbent of calcium to control coal- fired SO2 pollution. But it has caused the extensive concern that thebyproduct of its desulphurization have resulted in the secondary pollution and destructed the environment.According to comprehensive utilization of resources, it is very important to develop flue gasdesulphurization integrative technology of Ammonia-fertilizer process,de-NOx,dustscollecting, one of the base absorbent of uncalcium the flue gas desulphurization technologies ,solvingtheairpollutionandkeepingthesustainabledevelopmentoftheeconomyofourcountry. Firstly In this paper we analysis and discuss the mechanism of flue gas desulphurizationintegrative technology of Ammonia-fertilizer process,de-NOx,dusts collecting, and designan typical system of flue gas desulphurization and de-NOx of ammonia process. Then we compareit with the flue gas desulphurization system of the base absorbent of calcium on the technology andeconomicaspectsandithasbeconcludedthatthroughthiskindofmethod,weobtainlittleinvestment,costlybyproduct and rationally comprehensive resource utilization. It is a model of the recycle economy thatnowadaysrecommendsinamorecost-effectivemanner. The paper simulates air-liquid multiple flow in desulphurization tower through numericalsimulationtechnology.Andthencarriesonnumbervalueanalysis,soastoofferthetheoreticalfoundationforoptimizationdesignofthedesulphurizationtower.
